Research on Processing Error of Special Machine Tool for VH-CATT Cylindrical Gear

The variable hyperbolic circular arc tooth trace (VH-CATT) cylindrical gear is a new suitable for heavy loads and high speed. special structure of the provides excellent mechanical properties but also increases processing difficulty. machine tool VH-CATT prerequisite mass production, machining accuracy remains to be improved. Therefore, this paper proposes Kriging model based on glowworm swarm optimization algorithm scene understanding (SGSO) study relationship between input parameters output precision. Then, SGSO used optimize Gaussian mutation function in improve its fitting accuracy. When solving four groups profile direction errors, key precision index, R2, SGSO-Kriging all exceed 0.95. Additionally, feasibility verified by residual diagram box diagram. contour error results show that reducing feeding velocity, vf, can most efficiently, increase rotational speed, n, more conducive surface than acceleration coolant, vQ. above research an strategy theoretical basis promotion gear.
